The MK1420 CNC universal cylindrical grinder is a multifunctional equipment used for mass processing of outer circles of shaft sleeve parts. Adopting FANUC CNC system, two CNC axes respectively control the feed of the grinding wheel holder and the movement of the worktable. Capable of completing automatic cyclic grinding of multiple outer circles in one installation of the workpiece. It has multiple functions such as automatic feed of grinding wheel, coarse, fine, spark free grinding, automatic shift of worktable, automatic switching of workpiece speed, automatic adjustment and compensation of grinding wheel through pre adjustment, automatic measurement of workpiece and safety interlock of cyclic action.
The machine tool is equipped with a dedicated user interface, including a coordinate setting screen, a grinding wheel shape parameter setting screen, a dressing parameter setting screen, a gauge tool compensation screen, a grinding parameter setting screen, etc. These dedicated screens greatly facilitate user operation.
