Operation Manual Operating Instructions

1. Sample pressing

Press the tablet according to Figure (1). Place gasket 5 in the center of mold 6, align inner core 2 clockwise on mold bottom 6, cover the surface of the inner core with 3 sets of mold sleeves, fill with powder, and place pressure rod 1 to apply pressure.

2. Retired model

Remove the mold according to Figure (2). Remove mold bottom 6, place mold release sleeve 7 and apply pressure to release the mold.
