Microtest 2000EW with EH2000 heating fixture
Brand: Deben
Name and model: MICROTEST 2000E series in-situ dynamic tensile testing bench
Manufacturer: Deben Company
Distributor: Obotong Co., Ltd
Product Overview:
Product Function Introduction:
The materials in scanning electron microscopy allow us to conduct dynamic mechanical property studies at the microstructure level. When equipped with EBSD equipment at the same time, it is possible to analyze the structure of crystals and study in real-time the changes in material texture and other properties that occur with changes in tensile load and/or temperature.
The MICROTEST 2000E series stretching table is designed to apply up to 2000N tensile force to metal samples for EBSD analysis, or for routine stress-strain analysis and SEM imaging of some other materials. The sample fixture is tilted at a 70 degree angle, providing settings for EBSD analysis.
The MICROTEST 2000E series stretching table can be directly installed on some SEM standard sample tables, or in some cases, C1000XYX replacement sample tables may be required. This sample table can be used outside of an electron microscope.
MICROTEST 2000E can operate in either stretch or compression mode. The software equipped with rich functions can perform constant speed, constant load, or low-frequency cycling operations, as well as other functions such as reaching preset loads on slopes. The stress-strain curve can be plotted in real-time on a monitor with a characteristic cursor and optional multi range and scaling functions. The MTVideo option synchronizes video and data collection, allowing for subsequent detailed analysis of the video of the deformed sample.
For variable temperature research. Heating fixtures can be selected at the geometric position of EBSD on the MICROTEST 2000EW (water-cooled version) platform, and the temperature of the heating fixture can reach up to 500 ℃.
