This newly designed servo drive system has high cost-effectiveness and comes with a pulse interface, making it suitable for positioning applications.

SINAMICS V80 adopts a brand new servo drive technology, which can achieve extremely high positioning accuracy without setting any parameters or adjusting gain.
The debugging of SINAMICS V80 is surprisingly simple: after the component wiring work is completed, only the rotary switch is needed to select the set point resolution. The system integration has an automatic adjustment function, which can automatically adjust the parameter settings of the closed-loop controller according to the connected machine, and the response to load changes is extremely fast. The system is also designed with a rotary switch that can finely adjust the dynamic behavior characteristics of the driver according to specific applications.
The servo drive structure is extremely compact, with a height of only 120mm (including all selected power specifications) and a width ranging from 35mm to 70mm, providing power of 100W to 750W.
This driver is designed with a reference pulse interface, which can form an ideal positioning application solution with any standard controller with a pulse output interface (such as S7-200 PLC).
