The MFW series European version grinding machine is a new type of grinding equipment introduced by Baichen Company with advanced grinding technology and concepts from Europe, combined with the actual production situation in China. The technology of grinding roller linkage boosting has been developed, with bevel gear integrated transmission, reduced transmission ratio and transmission chain, significantly reduced energy loss, and significantly improved efficiency.

The curved exterior design highlights humanization and reduces the risk of manual operation. The air self circulation system, coupled with advanced dust collectors, fully embodies the concept of environmental protection.
The MFW European version mill is mainly composed of a host, a fan, an analyzer, a jaw crusher, a bucket elevator, an electromagnetic vibration feeder, a material bin, a dust collector, and other components.
During operation, large chunks of material are crushed to the required particle size by a jaw crusher, and then transported to a storage hopper by an elevator. The material is then uniformly and continuously fed into the main grinding chamber for grinding by an electromagnetic vibration feeder. The ground material is sent into the powder selection machine for classification by the fan airflow. Under the action of the powder selection machine impeller, materials that do not meet the fineness requirements fall into the grinding chamber for re grinding. Materials that meet the fineness requirements enter the cyclone powder collector through the pipeline for separation and collection. After being discharged by the discharge device, it is the finished powder. The separated airflow enters the fan through the return air duct at the upper end of the cyclone powder collector. This system belongs to a closed-loop system and operates under positive and negative pressure.
