1. Quality flow standard method:

When using the mass flow method, the reference volume VEX is first filled with test air. When the test workpiece is filled and reaches equilibrium, the mass flow sensor immediately provides measurement results when leakage may occur. Therefore, compared with the pressure drop method, this method is the best testing method for large and medium-sized volumes and short periods of time. At the same time, the measurement repeatability of this method is relatively high.

Test pressure:- 0.8 to 6 bar

Test workpieces: cylinder head/body, water passage, low-pressure oil passage, engine, gearbox, fuel tank, etc

2. Mass Flow Mass Process Method

Using a large range measurement method, the mechanical pressure regulator sets the test pressure and tests for leaks with a constant test pressure. This method is particularly suitable for testing workpieces with high leakage rates.

Test pressure:- 0.8 to 5 bar

Test workpieces: cylinder head, valve seat ring, etc
