product details
The ME3-AsH3 electrochemical element works based on the principles of electrochemistry, utilizing the electrochemical oxidation process of the gas to be tested on the working electrode in the electrolytic cell. The working electrode and reference electrode of the electrolytic cell are kept at an appropriate potential through electronic circuits. At this potential, the electrochemical oxidation of the gas to be tested can occur. Due to the small Faraday current generated by oxygen during oxidation and reduction reactions, it can be ignored. Therefore, the current generated by the electrochemical reaction of the gas to be tested is proportional to its concentration and follows Faraday's law. In this way, the concentration of the gas to be measured can be determined by measuring the magnitude of the current.
