Product details

The main components of MCZ chemical process pump (see pump structure diagram) are composed of pump body, impeller, impeller nut, chuck, pump cover, bearing frame, shaft, shaft sleeve, etc. The suction port of the pump follows the axis, and the discharge port is vertically upward and radially discharged. The pump body is foot supported and can be directly fixed on the base. The bearing frame consists of a shaft, impeller, packing box, etc., forming a composite component, so that the pump body does not need to be removed from the pipeline during maintenance. Due to the use of an extended coupling, the motor also does not need to be removed.

There is an oil storage chamber inside the bearing frame, which is filled with thin oil for lubricating oil bearing. Oil gauges are installed on the side to check the oil level of the lubricating oil, and a drain plug is installed at the bottom. It is generally recommended to use 20 # mechanical oil for lubricating oil.
