M7-29 type coal powder centrifugal fan usage:
The M7-29 coal powder centrifugal fan is designed to meet the performance requirements of the coal powder combustion system in thermal power plant boilers, and is used to blow coal powder into the boiler. The coal powder cannot directly pass through the impeller, otherwise the impeller is prone to wear. The snail shell is lined with a protective plate for replacement after wear and tear. The bearing box contains lubricating oil for bearing heat dissipation and is equipped with cooling water pipes to cool the lubricating oil.

The M7-29 coal powder centrifugal fan is a single suction type, consisting of six models: M7-29 No.11, 12.5, 13, 14.5, 16, and 17.
2. The M7-29 coal powder centrifugal fan is made into two types: clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation. When viewed from one end of the motor and the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a clockwise rotating fan, represented by "clockwise"; The counterclockwise rotation of the impeller is called a counterclockwise rotating fan, represented by "counterclockwise".
3. The outlet position of the fan is represented by the angle of the air outlet of the casing, with a total of 16 specifications ranging from 0 ° to 225 °.
Debugging and maintenance of M7-29 coal powder centrifugal fan
1. The fan must be installed according to the prescribed procedures and tested before it can be officially put into production.
If any abnormal situation is found during the operation of the fan, it should be stopped immediately to identify the cause and eliminate the fault before continuing to operate.
3. The fan should be regularly inspected according to its usage.
4. The operating speed of the fan shall not exceed the maximum allowable operating speed, and the use of pulley variable speed is not allowed.
5. The bearing box of the fan adopts water cooling, and the water pressure should not exceed 0.4Mpa. Due to different temperatures and seasonal changes in various regions, the water flow rate can also be the same. Generally, the water flow rate can be considered as 0.5-1m ³/h. At the same time, attention should be paid to the water quality to avoid scaling and blockage in the channel, which will affect the cooling effect.
If the impeller of the fan is worn out, it should be re balanced and corrected after welding repair.
The bearing temperature of the fan is generally not higher than 40 ℃ above the ambient temperature.
8. The bearings should be lubricated with thin oil, and it is recommended to use N32 mechanical oil.
9. The effective value (root mean square) of the vibration velocity of the bearing box during normal operation is ≤ 6.3 mm/s.
