Brief introduction

The CKM-S16 Ⅱ low-voltage metering programmable simulation device developed by our company is an automated equipment that simulates the operating status, structural composition, and typical error analysis of low-voltage metering devices. Applicable to power supply enterprises, agricultural power enterprises, and power supply business offices engaged in energy metering and installation, operation, maintenance, overhaul, electricity inspection, meter reading and accounting, as well as skill training and assessment for personnel in corresponding positions.

2、 Functional Features

1) The system layout has a 4.3-inch display screen, which can flexibly edit various personalized voice prompt contents. It can display customized text content according to the needs of the on-site environment, and also achieve local timing and alarm prompt functions;

2) Web based visualization control software. The back-end of the device uses the Spring Boot framework, the persistence layer uses MyBatis technology, and the front-end uses Vue to maintain progressiveness technology and system robustness. Using modular parsing protocol, low coupling, high cohesion, high reusability, easy to modify and add new features. Optimize algorithms, reduce resource consumption, and improve computational efficiency;

3) The software interface is easy to operate and display friendly. It dynamically monitors the three-phase voltage and current amplitude of the system through a bar chart, and displays the current frequency value of the system through a pointer instrument simulation panel;

4) Equipped with local power outage and transmission buttons and power knife switches, simulating on-site operation standards and safe work processes;

5) The lower part of the device is equipped with a negative control simulation demonstration terminal, which can realize the installation and debugging functions of the negative control function of the acquisition terminal;

6)By adopting advanced technology and unique logic algorithms, the testing and analysis function of tail data is achieved. The analysis function is powerful and can accurately analyze data under phase loss operation mode. The analysis results are displayed accurately, including vector diagrams, wiring methods, and analysis conclusions

7) Simulate the installation and operation of three-phase four wire energy meters (electronic, mechanical active and reactive energy meters; electronic multifunctional energy meters) under various loads and power factors;

8) The power supply side of the device has a leakage protection function, which promptly cuts off the power supply in case of leakage and electric shock to the operator, protecting the safety of the operator;

9) Digital power technology enables more stable device operation, further reducing power consumption and doubling operating noise. When the load is too large, the output voltage and current will be turned off and an alarm will be triggered;

10) The computer automatically determines whether the wiring is correct, draws wiring diagrams and vector diagrams, and saves the assessment results, greatly reducing the labor intensity of teachers checking the wiring on site, improving work efficiency, and increasing the number of people trained per unit time;

11) Connect the active and reactive energy meters, observe the operating phenomena, analyze the correctness and errors, and troubleshoot;

12) Set typical error states of high-voltage metering cabinets through computers;

13) One computer can control multiple high and low voltage metering cabinets;

14) Train operators to master the technical supervision standards and standards for energy metering, power industry standards, and be familiar with various situations encountered in practical work;

15) Train students to learn the structural composition, working principle, performance characteristics, installation, operation, and maintenance of three-phase four wire energy meters;

16) Train trainees to conduct error analysis and troubleshooting for abnormal operation of three-phase four wire energy meters;

17) Train trainees on the ability to replenish electricity and correct coefficients;

18) Train trainees to understand the status of the electric energy meter when there is a phase loss;
