The HD series low-voltage intelligent power capacitors are mainly composed of two (△ type) or one (Y-shaped) low-voltage power capacitors, using new technologies such as microelectronics, sensor technology, network technology, and electrical manufacturing technology to achieve intelligent control and reliable low-voltage reactive power compensation function. They have a series of functions such as zero switching, protection, measurement, signal, and system coordination, which change the structural mode of traditional reactive power automatic compensation equipment and can be flexibly applied to various occasions of low-voltage reactive power compensation. It is a major breakthrough in low-voltage power reactive power automatic compensation technology.

1、 Product selection

HD-□□□ □□/□□□-□□. □□

Three phase compensation method: The product contains two "△" type capacitors inside, which do not switch on or off at the same time during operation. The compensation capacity ranges from (2.5+2.5) kVar to (30+30) kVar;

Phase compensation method: The product has a "Y" - shaped capacitor, with A, B, and C phases switched on and off respectively, with a compensation capacity of (2.5) kVar to (30) kVar;

The rated voltage is generally 450V for three-phase compensation and 250V for phase separation compensation.

Intelligent integrated low-voltage power capacitor products are divided into two types: economical and enhanced.

The electrical clearance and creepage distance, insulation strength, safety protection, short-circuit strength, sampling and control circuit protection all comply with the corresponding provisions of the power industry standards DL/T842-2003 "Technical Conditions for the Use of Low Voltage Parallel Capacitor Devices" and GB/T22582-2008 "Power Factor Compensation Devices for Low Voltage Power Capacitors" of the People's Republic of China.
