Product Introduction

The CKM-S36A low-voltage distribution transformer collection comprehensive fault diagnosis intelligent simulation device simulates the operation scenario of metering collection in two low-voltage distribution transformer substations. The collection networking methods include full carrier networking and half carrier networking, which can simulate common faults such as metering, collection, cross substation, load cutting, and household connection. It is suitable for on-site operation skill training and skill appraisal of collection and operation personnel, electricity inspection personnel, and on-site operation and maintenance personnel in power supply enterprises.


Functional features:

1) On the control software, all measurement point parameters of the collection terminal (concentrator) can be issued with one click;

2) On the control software, it is possible to simulate typical faults such as A break, B break, and AB reversal in the 485 channel of the acquisition line;

3) Typical fault simulation of meter wiring lines can be achieved on the control software, including over 20 types of measurement faults, over 30 types of collection faults, and over 50 types of measurement and collection equipment faults;

4) By cooperating with simulation meters and simulation acquisition terminals (concentrators), it is possible to simulate typical internal faults of meters and terminals (concentrators) on the control software;

5) On the control software, it is possible to set and restore the three-level inter household faults of low-voltage collection users;

6) The main station software can read and modify the measurement point parameters of the collection terminal (concentrator), perform real-time data reading of specified energy meters, display data collection messages, and facilitate learning of collection communication protocols;

7) The main station software can perform data initialization, parameter initialization, and hardware initialization of the collection terminal (concentrator);

8) Using a combination of virtual load power supply and real load for simulation, a comprehensive fault diagnosis and simulation training system for intelligent power information system in low-voltage distribution substation area is formed;

9) Virtual load power supply can simulate the single and three-phase metering operation of resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads very well. And it provides high-quality and high-precision power supply, reducing other interferences. In addition, the use of virtual load power supply effectively solves safety and power consumption problems, ensuring the accuracy of training while ensuring the safety and loss of operation;

10) The actual load power supply provides resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads for the low-voltage distribution transformer area circuit, meeting the requirements of fault diagnosis and testing;

11) When there is leakage or electric shock to the operator, the equipment can quickly alarm and cut off the power supply to the operating surface to ensure the safety of the operator;

12) The system is equipped with a dedicated overload protection alarm function. When the load is too large, the equipment will have a safety alarm prompt;

13) Through the device, single and three-phase energy meters can be learned, and the structure composition, working principle, performance characteristics, installation, operation, and maintenance of the collection terminal can be collected;

14) The system layout has a 4.3-inch display screen, which can flexibly edit various personalized voice prompt contents. It can display customized text content according to the needs of the on-site environment, and also achieve local timing and fault alarm prompt functions;

15) All meters in the system can be connected to simulated energy meters or real meters, and can seamlessly connect with the local main station. (Using real meters for timing, software cannot perform internal fault settings for meters and terminals);

16) The system is divided into three operation areas, including two low-pressure platform areas, which can simulate cross platform faults, inter household faults, total and sub meter measurement simulations, and can issue commands to terminals and transmit data back through the simulation master station;

17) Data simulation technology enables the arbitrary editing and writing of historical data, event record data, and frozen data in the system;

18) The system networking method is fully compatible, with the default networking method. The low-voltage collection module uses half load wave sampling.
