(1) The low-temperature ultrafine crusher uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source. After the crushed material is cooled at low temperature to achieve brittleness and easy crushing, it enters the mechanical crusher chamber. The ultra-low temperature crusher consists of a pre cooling material bin, mechanical crusher, induced draft fan, primary cyclone separator, fully automatic feeder, liquid nitrogen tank, and control cabinet.
  • working principle
1. The refrigerant exchanges heat with the material to achieve a brittle state. The brittle material undergoes countless impacts, shearing, and friction through the crushing structure in the crushing chamber, finally forming fine particles. The fineness of the crushed material can reach the micrometer level [600-2000 mesh].
2. Refrigerants can be selected based on the differences in material properties and characteristics. If liquid nitrogen is used as the refrigerant, its minimum cooling temperature can reach minus 196 degrees Celsius, and the cooling speed is very fast
For certain materials that require rapid cooling and low brittleness temperature, liquid nitrogen is the preferred refrigerant. For some materials that do not require high brittleness temperature, compressed air or pre cooled air from an air conditioner can be used for heat exchange with the material.
