1、 Purpose and Characteristics
The CDW-80-73 type drop hammer impact test low-temperature instrument is the latest compressor refrigeration equipment developed by our company in accordance with the requirements for low-temperature devices in GB8363-07 "Method for Drop Hammer Tear Test of Ferritic Steel". This equipment adopts compressor cascade refrigeration technology, utilizing the principle of thermal balance and stirring cycle to achieve automatic uniform cooling and constant temperature of the sample, fully meeting the temperature control indicators specified in the national standard GB8363-07. This device is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. It is the most ideal sample cooling and insulation equipment for metal low-temperature impact testing. It can also be used for other low-temperature detection and testing work.

2、 Main technical parameters
1. Temperature control range: compressor cooling: room temperature~-80 ℃
2. Constant temperature accuracy (compressor refrigeration): ± 0.5 ℃
3. Cooling rate (at room temperature of 25 ℃): approximately 1.3 ℃/min from room temperature to 0 ℃; From 0 ℃ to -40 ℃, approximately 1.0 ℃/min;
-About 0.8 ℃/min between 40 ℃ and -60 ℃; -60 ℃~-80 ℃, approximately 0.55 ℃/min
4. Inner container size (depth x width x height): 760 x 440 x 220mm (total volume of 73L - including mixing area);
Work area size (depth x width x height): 590 x 440 x 220mm (volume of 57L - including heat exchange copper tubes);

9. Cooling medium: ethanol or other non freezing liquid;
10. Refrigeration system: Double compressors form a stacked refrigeration unit, with air-cooled heat exchange method;
11. Mixing motor: 90W × 2;
12. Gate: Supported by gas springs, manually open the door to clamp the sample;
13. Working power supply: three-phase five wire 380V ± 10%, 50Hz, with a total power distribution of approximately 14kW for the entire machine;
