Brief introduction

The TDW-4500 bag type low-temperature hammer cyclone mill is a new generation of low-temperature cyclone mill developed by Beijing Tongxin Tianbo Technology Development Co., Ltd. It adopts compressor type cooling technology, effectively solving the problem of crushing heat during the sample crushing process. The instrument is equipped with a large capacity sample tray and can grind more than 1kg of powder at once, which meets the detection and crushing work of fungal toxins and fatty acid values, greatly improving work efficiency.

4、 Detailed explanation

1. The new generation of bag type low-temperature hammer cyclone mill is used for crushing temperature sensitive and large capacity grain samples, with fast speed and high efficiency.

2. Crush samples weighing more than 1 kilogram at a time, automatically perform feeding and crushing, and be used for analysis of multiple types of samples.

3. Equipped with water-cooled cooling, it can quickly conduct heat conduction cooling during operation, reduce the temperature during the sample crushing process, and avoid detection deviation caused by temperature rise on the sample.

▲ 4. The integrated design of the feeding device and boring switch device reduces the process of cleaning and boring work, and lowers the workload during cleaning.

5. Automatic protective start control system, with prompts when restarting after instrument protection to prevent injury.

6. The motor is equipped with a built-in cooling device and temperature protector, which can quickly cool down during operation and automatically shut down when overheating occurs.

7. Crushed samples are suitable for measuring indicators such as fungal toxins, gluten quantity, quality, grain viscosity, wheat drop number, and near-infrared components.
