1. Overview
1.1 HL3-2A mixed flow fan, the impeller adopts a conical twisted blade with meridian acceleration characteristics welded on the hub, and the inlet is connected to the air duct as a whole with a streamlined horn shaped muffler. It is equipped with guide vanes, which have good airflow distribution and stable pressure. It is a new type of fan between axial flow and centrifugal fans.
1.2. The PYHL-14A mixed flow fan is an improvement on the HL3-2A fan. The motor adopts a high temperature resistant motor and is equipped with a special motor cooling system. The product has been tested for high temperature resistance by the National Fire Equipment Supervision and Quality Inspection Center according to the GA211-1999 Fire Smoke Exhaust Fan High Temperature Resistance Test Method. It can operate continuously for more than 60 minutes at a medium temperature of 300 ℃ and for 20 hours/time at a temperature of 100 ℃ without damage. It can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust purposes.
1.3. Fans are divided into 24 specifications ranging from 2.5A to 14A according to their machine numbers, with a series air volume range from 450 to 13500M3/H and a total pressure range from 50 to 1900PA.
1.4. In order to meet the needs of users for performance adjustment at different operating points, the fan can be equipped with a dual speed motor on the original basis, which can be adjusted in two speeds. According to different speed ratios, it can be divided into three types: S1, S2, and S3; It can also be equipped with a variable frequency motor and variable frequency controller to achieve stepless speed regulation. It is recommended to lock the adjustment frequency between 25HZ~50HZ.
2. Working conditions
Working temperature: -20~+80 ℃ (can operate continuously)
High temperature resistance: 100 ℃ (can operate continuously for 20 hours)
300 ℃ (can operate continuously for 60 minutes)
Temperature: less than 90%
Medium condition: Air (with a dust content not exceeding 100MG/M3)
Working power supply: three-phase, 380V/50HZ
Note: High temperature resistance conditions are only used for PYHL-14A fire high-temperature smoke exhaust mixed flow fan.
3. Application
Fans can be applied to ventilation and air exchange places such as high-rise buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, hotels, restaurants, museums, sports halls, basements, etc. They are most suitable for pipeline pressurization, air supply and exhaust, as well as ventilation and air exchange in high-rise buildings and general buildings. PYHL-14A can be used for both ventilation and smoke exhaust purposes.
4. Fan configuration
4.1 Standard Configuration
1. Impeller 2. Shell (air duct, guide vanes, inner cylinder, motor bracket) 2. Motor 3. Inlet silencing section 4. Foot 5. Cooling impeller and cooling air duct (only available for PYHL-14)
4.2. Optional parts and accessories (indicate whether to purchase when placing an order)
1. Vibration reduction equipment 2. Control box 3. Mesh cover 4. Docking flange
5. Processing technology
5.1. The fan impeller is made of steel, the hub is hydraulically stretched and formed, and the blades are welded and assembled with the hub. The impeller has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, and the balance accuracy is not greater than G5.6 level. 5.2 The outer flange of the air duct is made by integral flanging and spinning, and the inner layer of the horn shaped muffler is made of galvanized sound-absorbing microporous plate, with ultra-fine glass wool as the interlayer, further effectively reducing the noise of the machine
