Used for constant pH titration and synthesis control

The 902 intelligent potentiometric titrator has expanded the range of use of the Titrando series by adding a constant pH titration mode (pH STAT) and a controlled solution preparation mode.

Constant pH titration mode (pH STAT)

The determination of enzyme activity or monitoring of the release kinetics of antacids require a titrator that can quickly adjust the predetermined pH value and maintain it constant for a long time. Based on this, the controller of 902 Titrando has been optimized and is currently the controller on the market. It can also be used for kinetic determination of acid based or redox reactions.

One after another sampling "is a new feature of 902 Titrando. When the burette is refilled, to avoid pauses during the injection process, the second burette takes over the injection operation without interruption. This means that both rapid reactions and high reagent consumption can be monitored without reducing their accuracy.

The expanded estimation criteria allow for the determination of injection and reaction rates throughout the entire measurement period or at a predetermined time. The fixed endpoints for measuring quantity, volume, time, and measurement values can also be obtained.

Controlled liquid dispensing - liquid handling becomes easier

The tasks to be performed in the synthesis laboratory are different from those in titration. Typical synthesis work involves maintaining a constant pH value or performing multiple injection operations under strictly defined conditions (i.e., a predetermined amount must be added to the solution within a given time span). In the injection control program, its pH parameters (or potential) and temperature are continuously monitored and recorded, with complete documentation.

In the series mode with two Dosino dispensers, the dispensing mode can also be continuously executed, which transforms the 902 Titrando into a high-precision pump with chemical resistance.
When the monitored parameters exceed the set limits, users can decide whether to continue the sampling operation or interrupt the operation according to their own wishes, and decide whether to manually or automatically restart and apply the limits again.

A new feature of the 902 Titrando is its handling ability. External instruments are controlled through freely programmable TTL signals or by transmitting information through RS232 interfaces. This opens up the possibility of remotely controlling external heating or cooling equipment, pumps, or similar devices.

For injection, the 902 Titrando uses a Dosino system with a D mixer. Two Dosinos with their reagent bottles can be accommodate in space-saving fashion on the Titrando itself, which can control up to four Dosinos。 In addition to enzyme titration and pH STAT titration, 902 Titrando also offers the following modes:
