The gantry style large format laser welding machine adopts a pure fiber laser with a power range of 100-3000W and a spot size of 0.2-2MM. The beam quality is good and the photoelectric conversion rate is high, generally more than ten times that of YAG laser. It is suitable for welding large metal workpieces, especially for welding large battery PACK modules, and has been widely used in the battery industry welding applications.
The gantry style welding platform has a large XYZ axis stroke and automatic height adjustment of the laser beam output. The welding software has a user-friendly interface and is easy to operate. In particular, it is equipped with a coaxial high-definition visual CCD system and other auxiliary light source focusing systems, making it more convenient and fast to copy and weld the welding position or range of the battery PACK.
