Technical parameters:

1. Box size inside each test box: 500 * 500 * 500mm (length * width * height); (can also be customized according to customer requirements)

2. Material: Outer box, A3 steel plate and treated with baking paint, inner box: SUS # 304 stainless steel;

The inner box of this machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and the outer box is treated with steel plate paint. The battery washing test machine is equipped with a testing box, and the lower part of the testing box is equipped with a washing box. The testing box is equipped with a rotating paddle, and the side of the testing box is equipped with a drying device, which is driven by a motor. The washing box is a lifting structure, and the lifting of the washing box forms a sealed cavity with the upper edge of the testing box. The box is equipped with an intelligent P I. The D control panel is connected to the water tank, and the washing box is connected to the water tank through a pipeline. The structure design of this machine is scientific and rigorous, and the operation is automated. Only the program needs to be set up to automatically run, which solves the inconvenience and lag of manual battery washing, greatly shortens the testing time, improves the testing accuracy and efficiency, and saves costs.
