Structural equation scheme:

The wall is made of handmade rock wool color steel plate (A-grade fireproof material, color steel plate thickness 0.476mm * 50mm), the ceiling color steel plate is made of handmade glass magnesium hollow color steel plate (A-grade fireproof material, color steel plate thickness 0.476mm * 50mm, load-bearing 100kg/square), the door body is made of formed steel purification door, and the glass window is made of tempered glass.

Ground engineering plan:

The clean and non clean areas on the first to fifth floors have 3mm epoxy resin self leveling floors. The positive and negative electrode mixing workshop on the first floor and the positive and negative electrode load-bearing room on the second floor have 3mm stainless steel floors.

Electrical engineering scheme:

The workshop lighting adopts LED lights with a requirement of 250-300 illuminance, and is equipped with relevant emergency lighting panels for power outages. The wires and conduits are made of fire-resistant and flame-retardant materials.

Process pipeline scheme:

U-PVC pipes are used for vacuum and pure water pipelines, aluminum alloy pipes are used for nitrogen pipelines, and galvanized steel pipes and stainless steel pipes are used for air compression pipelines.

Air conditioning and ventilation system:

The refrigeration host and dehumidification unit are provided by Party A, with a total cooling capacity of 1902RT. The general air conditioning terminal equipment uses air conditioning boxes and fan coil units. The air duct adopts angle iron flange, and the insulation adopts B1 level fireproof and flame-retardant insulation cotton.

Self control system scheme:

The self-control adopts a central workstation system, and the software adopts Siemens WINCC system, covering corresponding functions such as air conditioning system, mechanical and electrical equipment operation status monitoring, control and adjustment.
