2、 This device only needs to replace different screws and locking heads to adapt to different materials and bottle caps, achieving product diversification; The servo motor drives the screw, and the filling amount only needs to be set on the touch screen, which is convenient and simple.
3、 The powder filling and locking are completed on the same machine, with 6 detection points and the working status displayed on the touch screen, achieving the intelligence level of the equipment.
4、 The labeling machine is suitable for flat bottle labeling and square bottle labeling, with advanced functions, simple operation, and compact structure. Labeling adopts photoelectric detection, PLC control, and touch software operation. The conveyor belt, straightening belt, top belt, and bottle winding belt are all infinitely variable frequency speed regulation, which has the advantages of accurate labeling standards and high precision. It has functions such as no labeling without objects, automatic calibration without labels, and automatic detection.
5、 The side of the silo is fully open for easy cleaning and maintenance, and a loading and feeding system can also be added as needed.
6、 This filling production line is specifically designed for automatic metering, filling, capping, and labeling of granular and powdery materials. It can automatically complete a series of actions including can feeding, filling, capping, sealing, feeding, metering, labeling, and printing, making it convenient and simple.
