(4). Sample processing

After thawing the sample to room temperature, stir it evenly with a glass rod, take about 0.5g, and place it in a 50ml volumetric flask that has been weighed accurately. Add 1ml of 0.03mol/L hydrochloric acid and 2ml of water, mix them on a vortex mixer to dissolve the sample, add 30ml of anhydrous ethanol, gently shake while adding, and then add 10ml of internal standard solution precisely. Dilute it to the mark with anhydrous ethanol, shake well, immediately place it in ultrasonic waves for 15 minutes, or shake it on a vortex mixer for 15 minutes, take it out, centrifuge at 3000r/min for 10 minutes, and then measure. If it cannot be measured in a timely manner, it should be stored in the refrigerator for testing.
