Introduction to Linear Speed Digital Display Meter:

The XF-XFS display instrument is a six digit speed, control, and display module. Can be widely applied in the field of industrial control.

The internationally recognized 96 × 48 × 115mm standard chassis features a six digit 0.56-inch digital display.

Input A and input B form a dual input terminal, which can recognize pulse encoder signals with a phase of 90 degrees.

◆ Can input a single switch signal (pulse) for counting (unidirectional) or speed measurement.

◆ Equipped with an external reset terminal, which can be controlled by an external switch to reset.

Set two control values and two relay outputs, which can be used for control or alarm.

◆ Four relay output modes are available for selection.

◆ Automatic delay reset time can be set to achieve automatic delay reset function.

Peak display function.

◆ Can count/speed, set by internal parameters.

◆ Parameter setting password protection function.

The current count value and set value will not be lost in case of power failure.

◆ The magnification can be set to determine the proportional relationship between the input pulse and the displayed value.

◆ External sensors:

a. Angle and line displacement grating sensors provide 5V (100mA) and 12V (100mA) power supply to the sensors. Other voltages can be customized.

b. The proximity switch or Hall switch can count or measure its pulse, and is only connected to the A-phase terminal.

◆ Counting multiplier: Single frequency, double frequency, and quadruple frequency are optional (quadruple frequency is used when the multiplier value is 1.000).

◆ Differential compensation function: One interpolation base point can be set to achieve linear differential compensation function.

◆ It has a 4-20mA current output function (customized function).

◆ It has 485 communication function. The communication baud rate is 9600bps, and the display value is actively sent once every 0.5 seconds (function customization).
