Machine features

Material selection for leveling roller and idler roller: GCr15, 9CrSi, 9Cr2Mo.
Final process for leveling rollers and idler rollers: precision grinding, hard chrome plating, and precision polishing.
Adjust the pressure design with a gap clearing device.
Reducer: TR type, ZLY hard tooth surface reducer selection.
Universal joint shaft: made of alloy structural steel material (self-made).
The heat treatment process, distribution box structure, adjustment and lubrication methods are the same as those of the quadruple leveling machine.
