1、 System Introduction
1.1 Functional Features
Collecting clothing:Receive pre washed clothes from customers and enter relevant information about the clothes according to requirements and prompts. If you are a member, you can directly swipe your card and display the relevant information of the member (membership card balance, total consumption, contact phone number, etc.). Collecting clothes: Customers can collect the washed clothes with a laundry receipt. This includes functions such as picking up the clothing statement, returning for re washing, refunding the clothes, and canceling the order. The pick-up receipt refers to the actions taken by laundry customers when they come to pick up their clothes. If your customer requests to rewash clothes (refund clothes, cancel orders), you can choose the return rewash function, which requires you to select the clothes to be rewashed (refund clothes, cancel orders) and requires operators with the "return rewash (refund clothes, cancel orders)" permission to submit information.
Membership Management:Manage basic information of members and operate membership cards, such as membership card renewal, membership card loss reporting, etc.
Statistical management:Including member consumption statistics, income statistics, clothing collection and retrieval statistics management, etc. This module can help you analyze your business situation during a certain period of time and grasp the consumption dynamics of customers. Income statistics can be calculated on a monthly or annual basis, providing you with detailed consumption information. Provide you with relevant information for future business decisions. Member consumption can be used to track a member's spending during a certain period of time (membership card recharge, member laundry, etc.). And it can also calculate the dry cleaning trend of clothes (i.e. customers' general laundry types, methods, etc.).
Membership card settings:Support member discount cards and stored value cards, and can set different discount methods according to your own needs, flexible and simple.
Clothing price setting:You can set the laundry price first, which will bring you convenient and fast operations in the future collection process.
Other settings:Set different permissions for administrators and set up receipt printers.
1.2 System Requirements

1.3 Hardware device support
1The printer supports thermal receipt printing machines such as POS58 and POS76, and supports various models of needle printers and receipt printers (must come with a hard font library).
2The cash box supports connecting the receipt printer's cash box through the RJ45 port.
3Card swiping devices support all magnetic and barcode card swiping devices without the need for drivers.

2、 Quick Start
System main interface
2.1 System Settings:Including basic information settings, clothing price settings, member management, operator management, database initialization, backup and restore databases, system settings, and system logs.
2.1.1 Basic Data Settings
Click on "Basic Data Settings" in the system settings module to enter the basic data settings interface as shown in the figure:
In the basic data settings window, if you want to add (delete, modify) a type, you must first identify the page to which the type belongs, and then perform the add (delete, modify) operation. For example, to add (delete, modify) clothing color settings, first click on the "Clothing Color Settings" page on the left side of the window with the mouse, and then perform the add (delete, modify) operation.

Click the "Add" button in the clothing price setting window (as shown in Figure 2.1.2.1), and the "Add Clothing Price" window will pop up (as shown in Figure 2.1.2.2). In the "Add Clothing Price" window, you can add the name of the laundry service you want to provide to customers, the type of service, the price related to that service type, the lowest discount, and other information. The "Add" button is used to add a certain service type, unit price, and minimum discount of the clothing you have filled in to the list in the window. You can add all service types related to the clothing to the list first. The 'Delete' button is used to delete data records from the list that you do not need. The 'Save' button is used to save the data records in the list to the database. Just select when you add the laundry record.

In the member management window (as shown in Figure 2.1.3.1), you need to first set the membership level and discount rate in the "Level Settings" window (as shown in Figure 2.1.3.2), so that you can select the corresponding membership level when adding new members (or modifying membership information). Then you fill in the relevant information of the new member in the add member window (as shown in Figure 2.1.3.4). Then click the save button to save the member information. Then you can go to the member management window, select the member record you want to recharge from the list of member records, and click the "Member Recharge" button. The "Member Card Recharge" window will pop up (as shown in Figure 2.1.3.3), where you can recharge the selected member.

Click the add button in the operator management window (Figure 2.1.4.1), and the add operator window (Figure 2.1.4.3) will pop up. Fill in the user's relevant information in the operator information page. If you want to set permissions, simply select the permission group to which the user belongs in the "Permission Group" column. (Note: If the permission group has not been set yet, you need to click on the "Permission Group Settings" page to set permissions or go to the operator management window to click on permission settings. As shown in the picture2.1.4.2). If you want to modify (delete) operator information, click the modify (delete) button in the operator management window.

After clicking the initialization button, prompt 1 will appear (as shown in Figure 2.1.5.1), and then after clicking the confirm button, prompt 2 will appear (as shown in Figure 2.1.5.2). Select the option you need and click the confirm button. Or click the cancel button to cancel this operation.
2.1.6 Backup and Restore Database

Click the database backup and recovery button in the system settings to pop up this window. Backup: First, select the directory you want to back up. If you haven't selected a directory, the database will be backed up to the default directory, and then click the backup button. Restore: Select the database file you want to restore, and then click the restore button.

In the clothing collection window (as shown in Figure 2.2.1), you need to first enter the membership number to be washed in the "Please enter membership number and name:" input box (if there is no membership card or temporary customer, you can use the cardless customer with membership card number "0000"). Then, click the "Collect Clothes" button or press the F3 key to pop up the "Collect Clothes" window (as shown in Figure 2.2.2). You can fill in the relevant information in this window first, and then click the "Add" button to bring up the "Add Clothes" window (as shown in Figure 2.2.3). In this window, add the clothes that the customer wants to wash. After selecting the clothes, click the "OK" button or double-click the clothes record directly to bring up the "Add Clothes Information" window (as shown in Figure 2.2.4). In this window, you can fill in the price, quantity, color, accessories, and remarks information of the clothes to be washed, and then click the "OK" button to return to the "Add Clothes" window (as shown in Figure 2.2.5). If you have other options, To add clothes, first select the clothes and then click the "OK" button or double-click on the clothes record. If you have no other clothes to add, you can click the "Save" button to save the data.
2.3 Collecting Clothing:Customers can pick up their washed clothes with a laundry receipt. This includes functions such as picking up the clothing statement, returning for re washing, refunding the clothes, and canceling the order.

In the clothing collection window (as shown in Figure 2.3.1), if you want to collect clothes, you need to search for the laundry receipt you want to collect in the input box of "Please enter the transaction number (member number) to query". Then, select the laundry receipt you want to check out from the list, and click the "Collection Statement" button. At this time, the "Collection Statement" window will pop up (as shown in Figure 2.3.2), where you can click the "Checkout" button to check out. 2.4 Statistical Management:This module includes member consumption statistics, income statistics, clothing collection management, and clothing collection and retrieval statistics management. Users can use this module to statistically analyze members' consumption patterns, the quantity and cost of clothing collected, and other related information.
2.4.1 Membership Consumption Statistics

In the member consumption statistics window (as shown in Figure 2.4.1.1), you first select the date range to be counted. If you also need to query the recharge and consumption records of a certain member, you need to fill in the member's name in the "Please enter member name" input box, and then click the "Query" button. The 'Print' button includes print preview and print report, which are the records displayed in the preview and print lists.
2.4.2 Income Statistics

In the income statistics window (as shown in Figure 2.4.2.1), you first select the analysis period, and then click on "Income Records" (or "Analyze Income by Date", "Analyze Income by Month", "Analyze Income by Year", "Analyze by Laundry Type") at the far left of the window. The corresponding analysis records will be displayed on the right side of the window. For example, if you select "Income Record", a list of income records and an income statistics chart will appear on the right side of the window. In the income record list, you can see your income situation during the analysis period, including member recharge income, regular customer (i.e. temporary customer) laundry amount, compensation customer clothing amount, and total (i.e. the total amount of all income and compensation during the analysis period). In the income statistics chart, you can see the data displayed in the form of a chart.

In the clothing collection management window (as shown in Figure 2.4.3.2), you can check the detailed information of your clothing collection and retrieval during a certain period of time. If you need to modify the information of a laundry order, you need to first select the record you want to modify, and then click the "Modify" button. At this time, the "Collection of Clothes" window will pop up (as shown in Figure 2.4.3.2). In the Collection of Clothes window, you can add (modify) clothes, as well as modify the receivable amount, collection time, and other information.

2.4.4 Collection and retrieval statistics management

In the clothing collection and retrieval statistics management window (as shown in Figure 2.4.4.1), you can analyze and collect clothing records, collect clothing quantity and amount statistics, claim clothing records, cancel order records, return rewash records, expired but not collected clothing and other statistical information. You need to first select the analysis period, then select the information category to be counted at the far left of the window, and then click the "Statistics" button. If you want to print reports and charts, you can click the "Print" button, which includes print preview and print report.
