The Sensidyne laser dust analyzer is an advanced real-time dust monitoring device that uses mature laser refraction technology to accurately measure dust concentration. This portable monitoring device accurately measures and records dust concentrations ranging from 1-10000 μ g/m3, with a resolution of up to 1 μ g/m3. The sampling mode allows users to choose between 60 second sampling, 15 minute S sampling, or continuous sampling.
This laser dust analyzer is equipped with a built-in air pump to extract air into the ISO Kinitic sample inlet. The air sample is blocked and guided through the particle sensor. This sensor is a photodetector that measures the laser refracted by particles in the air sample. This instrument has a K-parameter that can be set as needed to multiply the original measurement value and display it in real-time on the screen.
The K parameters and environmental parameters set for each sampling, as well as S, maximum, minimum, and average readings, are recorded in the internal data storage. When connected to a computer, the monitor can transmit 4000 recorded data in spreadsheet format.
In addition to high sensitivity and ease of use, Sensidyne provides users with low operating costs, automatic power-saving, long-lasting, data storage, convenient monitoring functions, and user replaceable filters.
