  • Power Supply:

In order to achieve the best performance, the light bulb is powered by an electronic power source. The electronic power supply or EPS Modular uses square wave current to drive the light bulb. This can reduce radiation control to below+/-1%, allowing for intensity control and stable power output even when power input changes. In addition, it can provide the best bulb control environment, which can maximize the lifespan of metal halide lamps.

  • Control system:

The operation of the system is carried out by a dedicated computer. Menu based software is used for system configuration and operation. The system output and settings can be saved for the next call. The saved file can be executed sequentially as part of a complex daylight simulation testing program. In a seamless interface, the PC can be connected to the main control computer of the testing equipment using our software. The software provides simple operation and quick testing settings, allowing for maximum load utilization of the testing equipment.

  • Positioning system:

In order to effectively simulate various natural daylight conditions, the system usually uses a mechanical positioning system. This allows the arrangement of sunlight to move along the axis, thereby adapting to various testing requirements or simulating natural daylight cycle changes. For position control, manual buttons or integration into software systems can be used for automatic control. The positioning system usually varies depending on the application and testing equipment. Using specialized metal halide lamps as radiation sources. Metal halide lamps can generate high-density multi line spectra similar to continuous spectra. Combined with special filters, the spectral distribution of the metal halide lamp system is very close to natural sunlight (CIE85). In addition to accelerated degradation testing applications, filters with different characteristics can be used for other applications. Combining mirrors, filters, and light boxes can produce high radiation efficiency and high spatial uniformity.
