Integrated system of water, electricity, gas, and ventilation, equipped with multifunctional power sockets for easy testing of other electrical equipment during the experimental process. Adopting a quick opening valve facilitates the use of water during the experimental process. The front baffle is a movable glass door, and the top is a low-speed exhaust fan, which can smoothly discharge harmful and odorous gases during the experiment. The bottom of the working face is equipped with a stainless steel sink, which can discharge disinfectant and experimental residues from a row of sinks through water washing, maintaining a safe and reliable experimental environment.

working principle

The air is sucked into the static pressure box by the low-noise centrifugal fan at the top, and evenly blown out through the PVC pipe at the top (with the exhaust pipe connected to the outside), thus forming a negative pressure air curtain in the original experimental area, removing the original natural air or polluted air in the work area. After five minutes of operation, the ideal space can be reached and maintained. The air volume is adjusted by a touch switch, and the wind speed in the packaging work area is always in the ideal state.

Installation and use

The equipment should be installed in a relatively clean working environment. After plugging in 220V AC power, it can be used by turning on the functions shown on the control panel. Before starting up, the working area and shell of the fume hood should be carefully cleaned to remove surface dust. Normal operation and use can be carried out within five minutes after starting up.

1. In general, when using the working voltage adjustment point of the fan, if the ideal wind speed cannot be achieved, it indicates that there is a lot of dust accumulation in the air duct and it needs to be cleaned or updated carefully.

2. When replacing air ducts or accessories, attention should be paid to the correct model, specification, and size (original configuration), and ensure that the exhaust duct is sealed around the indoor area without any leakage.
