Product Introduction:
This unit is suitable for industries such as traditional Chinese medicine, plants, biopharmaceuticals, food, and chemical engineering, including atmospheric pressure, micro pressure, and water decoction
Various processes include warm soaking, forced circulation, infiltration, extraction and concentration of plant essential oils and aromatic oil components, as well as recovery and concentration of organic solvents. Very suitable for universities, research institutes, laboratory research and development departments of enterprises and institutions, as well as small and medium-sized pharmaceutical factories for trial production.
Main structure:
a. The extraction and concentration installation is integrated, easy and flexible to operate, and the equipment is precision polished inside and outside, meeting GMP requirements.
b. The equipment mainly consists of an extraction tank, a demister, a horizontal condenser, a cooler, an oil-water separator, a collection tank, a buffer tank, an electrical control cabinet, and internal connecting pipelines.
c. The entire production process is carried out under sealed conditions, completing extraction and concentration operations in one go with minimal solvent usage and short extraction and concentration time.
d. Mixing devices can be equipped according to customer needs, and the heating method can be either electric heating or steam heating.
working principle:
Put the medicinal herbs into the extraction tank and add5-10 times the amount of solvents such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to process requirements). Turn on the heating system of the extraction tank, heat the extraction solution to boiling for 40-60 minutes, and then use vacuum to draw the extraction solution into the concentration tank. Turn off the heating system of the extraction tank, turn on the heating system of the concentration tank to maintain the concentration temperature at around 80 ℃, and keep the vacuum degree at -0.05 to -0.08Mpa. The secondary steam generated during concentration passes through the condenser and cooler to become condensate, which can be refluxed to the extraction tank as a new solvent added to the medicine. The new solvent passes through the medicinal layer from top to bottom of the extraction tank, and the soluble components in the medicine dissolve in the solvent inside the extraction tank. The extraction liquid is drawn into the concentration tank through a suction filter tube, and the secondary steam generated during concentration is sent to the extraction tank as a new solvent, forming a new solvent reflux extraction. The concentration continues until the effective components are completely dissolved (the extraction liquid is colorless), and the required specific gravity ointment is obtained. The colorless liquid in the extraction tank can be reused next time.
