1、 Main purpose:

2、 Structural features:

This machine consists of feeding mechanism, tablet pressing mechanism, hydraulic mechanism, frame, and electrical control components. The parts that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel for easy assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.

1. Feeding components

Composed of an electric motor reducer, unequal pitch conical screws, and funnels, the material is subjected to degassing, preloading, and forced into the pressing component.

2. Tablet pressing components

Composed of motor, reducer, transmission shaft, bearings, pressure wheel, etc. The pressure roller is made of special stainless steel that is pressure resistant, wear-resistant, acid resistant, alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength, and has undergone special heat treatment. Make the material into a thin sheet with strength and thickness after being squeezed by a pressure wheel.

3. Granulation components

Composed of a motor, reducer, frequency converter, granulation mechanism, and screen mesh, the sheet material produced by the pressing component is granulated twice to produce the required particles. The upper granulation adopts a blade type, and the lower granulation adopts a special cage structure to increase the yield of particles. The particle size is controlled by the aperture of the mesh. Mesh can be matched (ф 0.8, ф 1.0mm, ф 1.2mm, ф 1.5mm, ф 2.0mm)

4. Hydraulic components

Composed of a pressurization device: imported manual oil pump or electric hydraulic station, two oil cylinders, high-pressure oil pipe, globe valve, pressure gauge, etc. The required hardness of the formed product after compression is controlled by the pressure of the oil pump, the feeding speed, and the rotational speed of the pressing wheel.

5. Electrical control components

The electrical system is a 220V two-phase power supply, consisting of electrical components and circuits such as frequency converters or PLC touch screens. It controls the feeding, pressing, and granulation through stepless speed regulation.
