Due to the mixed quality of labor personnel, the uneven quality of the team, and the lack of effective organization, it poses great difficulties and risks to the employment management of enterprises.

In the traditional labor management model, there is a lack of effective integration of labor personnel's information, resulting in frequent labor in and out, which often leads to problems such as unsystematic organization of labor personnel's comprehensive information, chaotic contract filing, and unclear salary payment amounts, often causing labor disputes and causing significant losses to enterprises and projects.

In order to standardize labor management, protect the legitimate rights and interests of laborers, and reduce enterprise risks, our company has developed a labor real name system information management platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").
