Operation and usage
1. Before starting up, check the connection of the power supply and whether the fixed position of the rotary drum is correct. Connect the power supply, open the cover, turn on the motor switch, and let the rotary drum run freely. The direction of rotation should be the same as the arrow inside the housing. Turn on the electric heating wire switch, and after a few minutes, hot air can be discharged. If the electric heating wire has been working for 5 minutes but still has no hot air discharged, stop the machine and check whether the electric heating wire exhaust port is blocked.

2. Drying work should be done with the lid down, and the loading and unloading of workpieces should be stopped. Attention should be paid to evenly distributing the workpieces in the rotary drum, otherwise the centrifugal force will not be parallel, causing the dehydrator to shake violently. The rotary drum should not be overloaded or overfilled during loading work. If the dried workpiece is small, dense, or prone to storing liquids, it should be centrifuged for 1-2 minutes first, then the rotary drum should be removed, the workpiece should be flipped over, and heated for centrifugal drying to achieve satisfactory results.

3. To stop the drum, first turn off the motor and then step on the brake pad, but remember not to brake without turning off the motor. The dehydrator can be used for separate centrifugal drying without heating, but the motor cannot be turned off for separate heating and drying.

4. Before using the dehydrator, it is necessary to read the instructions and understand the operating principles. To ensure safe production, the dehydrator should be regularly inspected and maintained. High quality lubricating grease should be added to the bearings regularly to keep the dehydrator in good condition.
