The maximum working range of this series of sensors is 1250mm, Linear accuracy of 0.15%~0.04%, repeatability of 0.01mm, and high resolution (0.01mm) can provide accurate linear displacement measurement. The structural design of the sensor considers easy installation and disassembly, and is sturdy and reliable.
The internal and external structural surfaces of the sensor have been specially treated to operate at high speed and low wear. The flexible buffer bearing at the front end of the sensor can overcome some small lateral stresses on the transmission rod, ensuring the normal operation of the sensor. The technology of fixing conductive materials and structural design inside the sensor ensures reliable operation even under the harshest conditions, and the measuring unit has no temperature drift, long service life, and smooth operation.
The sensor has installation slots on all four sides, which makes it convenient to install the conductive material face down as much as possible during installation, avoiding the presence of small debris particles inside the sensor that may affect its lifespan.
