In order to meet the needs of the development of sulfuric acid production technology, our company, together with the Institute of Metals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University of Technology, has developed LSB series concentrated sulfuric acid submerged pumps, which have been successfully applied in several sulfuric acid plants. LSB series concentrated sulfuric acid pumps have the following characteristics:
1. Develop and select excellent hydraulic models for pumps to ensure stable operational performance and high efficiency in energy conservation.
2. Develop and adopt the most advanced corrosion-resistant materials in China, and use XY-2 as the overcurrent component XY-3、 Made of lower alloy, the rest of the parts are made of special corrosion-resistant cast iron, further extending the service life of the pump
3. Widely draw on the advantages of domestic and foreign sulfuric acid pump structural design, and increase the length of the suction pipe; Improve the rigidity of the pump unit and ensure smooth and reliable operation.
4. This series of pumps has high standardization, universality, good interchangeability, and easy disassembly and maintenance.

For sulfuric acid with a concentration below 98% at t<25 ℃, special alloys such as IMRC-7 can be used for production.
