1、 Overview of LPG series disc roller mill products:

Disc roller mill, also known as spring type (disc rotating type) disc roller mill. The Lopulco type has 2-4 curved rollers that are tightly pressed against the grinding disc using air pressure. The material is fed onto the grinding disc through a sealed feeding device and crushed and ground by the rollers. The airflow enters the machine from below, carrying finely ground materials up to the airflow classifier. The coarse particles separated by the classifier are returned for grinding, while the fine particles are discharged to the dust removal and collection device to become the final product.

The pressure spring of the roller adopts pneumatic rubber spring (obtained national patent), which has the characteristics of no oil leakage pollution, long service life, easy maintenance, adjustable pressure, and reliable use.
3、 Scope of application for LPG series disc roller mill
Suitable for crushing materials with a Mohs hardness of 7 or below, with a fineness of 100-2500 mesh.
