The LXK320C-2-meter CNC screw turning and milling machine is independently developed by our company, which can achieve the processing of equal pitch and variable pitch screws. A specialized machine tool designed for processing screw vacuum pump screws and twin-screw pump screws. This machine tool adopts a combination of turning and milling machining structure, with high machining accuracy and fast efficiency. The overall bed design of the machine tool includes high-frequency quenching of the guide surface, good rigidity, and high precision. The C-axis of the headboard spindle adopts a wide number servo motor directly connected to a high-precision wear-resistant worm gear pair, and a high-precision four jaw chuck for easy workpiece alignment. The Z-axis, X-axis, and Y-axis are driven by high-precision ball screws through a wide range of servo motors to achieve seamless transmission, with high transmission accuracy and positioning accuracy. The feed method of the tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feed, which is convenient for disassembling workpieces. This machine tool is equipped with a dedicated center frame for vacuum pump rotors.
The machine tool adopts Guangzhou CNC system, which is a five axis three linkage system with good stability. The machine tool is equipped with a fully enclosed protective cover and a chip conveyor for easy chip removal.
