Purpose:

The LGS type chain plate rotary grid cleaning machine (referred to as the rotary grid cleaning machine) is suitable for rainwater, sewage pump stations, water supply lift pump stations, and inlet pump rooms of sewage treatment plants in urban sewage treatment. It is used to intercept and remove floating debris and is a widely applicable pollution removal equipment.

Structural principle:

The equipment adopts a chain plate rotary type, consisting of fixed bars to form a water passing grid surface. When sewage flows through, debris larger than the grid gap is intercepted. The rake teeth of the rake plate penetrate into the gap of the bars. When the driving device drives the traction chain to rotate, the rake teeth carry the debris trapped on the grid surface from bottom to top to the slag outlet. The debris falls off by gravity and falls into the conveyor or garbage truck from the discharge outlet, and then is transported or further processed.

Main features:

1. The driving device adopts a cycloidal pinwheel or helical gear reduction motor through a transmission chain or drive, which has the characteristics of low noise, compact structure, and smooth operation;

2. The rake tooth plate is processed with gold, with high precision and beautiful appearance. The distance between the two rake tooth plates is 2.0-2.5m, and a support block is added in the middle to effectively remove large debris;

3. The rack is an integral frame structure with strong rigidity, easy installation, and low daily maintenance workload;

4. The equipment is easy to operate and can be remotely controlled locally for operation;

5. To prevent accidental overload, mechanical shear pins and overcurrent dual protection are installed to ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
