The LGM140-2000 CNC spiral rotor grinder is a specialized machine tool developed independently by our company for grinding screw pump rotors and various shaped screws.

The machine tool adopts a horizontal layout, and the bed adopts four guide rails, two rolling linear guide rails, and two hard rails. The headstock spindle adopts a high-power torque motor. The headboard box [C-axis] adopts a special fixture clamp with a top pin. The feed axis Z-axis and X-axis are driven directly by high-precision ball screws through servo motors, with high transmission accuracy and positioning accuracy. The A-axis of the grinding head adopts a high-power electric spindle, which can achieve stepless variable speed and a wide speed range. The grinding wheel dressing worktable adopts a worktable assembly, and the dressing wheel adopts a diamond dressing device. The feed method of the tailstock sleeve is hydraulic feed, which is convenient for disassembling workpieces.

This machine tool adopts Guangzhou CNC system, 25iMb-H six axis three linkage (linkage axis C, Z, X), with good stability. The machine tool needs to be placed in a constant temperature workshop for use, with a temperature range between 22-26 degrees.
