1、 Scope of use
The touch screen controlled building material flammability testing furnace adopts a stainless steel box body, which is an upgraded product with touch screen control, controllable automatic lifting of samples, and adjustable back and forth function of the built-in lamp. It is a high configuration building material combustion level testing instrument produced strictly in accordance with the national standard GB8626-2007. (The red part represents the parameters that are now mandatory for third-party testing units to accept)
The flammability test furnace for building materials is used to directly impact vertically placed samples with a small flame in a normal combustion environment to determine the flammability of building products. The flammability test furnace for building materials utilizes the Kleinbrenner principle from Germany to measure the combustion performance of B-grade building materials under direct impact of a small flame in the vertical direction (i.e. used for determining the combustion performance/flame retardant level of building materials at B-grade).
2、 Product functional features
1. The operation design conforms to ergonomics, and all experiments are completed through touch screen operation, with a high degree of automation. It can store previous test results and access previous test data;
2. Servo motor driven style rack with controllable automatic lifting and lowering;
3. The built-in lamp can be adjusted back and forth;

5.2 Tempered heat-resistant glass door double angle observation test, double (with lock) convenient and practical
6. High voltage automatic ignition, durable combustion;

3、 Main technical parameters

4. Gas source: Commercial propane with a purity of not less than 95%, which can also be replaced by liquefied petroleum gas in ordinary tests (users need to provide their own gas source for transportation safety);
5. Apply flame time of 15 seconds to the pattern of the Bunsei lamp
6. Single chip microcontroller control, digital display.
7. The burner aperture is Φ 0.17mm, the flame length of the burner is 20mm ± 2mm, and the burner can be tilted 45 °.
8. Apply a flame (1s-99s s) ± 0.5s to the sample, which can be adjusted arbitrarily with an accuracy of ± 0.2s.
9. Combustible gas source: Propane with a purity of over 95%.
