Heavy duty bed frame

The independently developed gantry style machine tool structure features a high-strength welded bed, high-temperature annealing treatment for the entire machine, and stable rigidity. It is precision machined using a large gantry milling machine, and the frame remains unchanged for 20 years.

Aerospace aluminum crossbeam

Using aerospace standard aluminum profiles, the 4300 ton press is used to extrude the crossbeam, which is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, highly rigid, with perfect dynamic performance and higher cutting accuracy.
