LED packaging dedicated automated baking equipment should not only have baking automation, transforming from traditional vertical ovens to tunnel ovens with automatic transmission or box ovens with automatic door opening and closing, but also have some mechanical actions, which can achieve automatic door opening and closing, automatic feeding and unloading linkage, or can be automatically docked with upper and lower process equipment to reduce manual labor such as loading and unloading or transfer.

LED bracket dehumidification and baking technology:

There are two pain points that need to be addressed for bracket dehumidification:

1. Capacity;

2. Upper bracket.

Yihexing offers two solutions:

1. Regarding the issue of production capacity, tunnel furnaces with 5-10 concurrent channels can be designed and customized professionally based on the site and baking time according to the requirements of each production capacity, to achieve a large production capacity while ensuring the baking effect;

2. Regarding the upper bracket step, due to the relatively simple process of arranging brackets, our company provides automated equipment for arranging brackets that is compatible with tunnel furnaces, reducing the existing manual transfer of materials, lowering labor costs, and improving production efficiency.

Characteristics of Yihexing bracket dehumidification tunnel furnace:

1. Customizable according to production capacity, with 5-10 independent tracks designed concurrently to meet various production needs;

2The baking temperature and duration can be adjusted according to the process;

3. High thermal efficiency, although it is a tunnel furnace structure, the air transport structure of the box type baking equipment is still used to achieve automated transmission while maintaining the good temperature uniformity of the box type baking equipment at 125 ± 5 ℃;

4It can be manually loaded or automatically loaded. Automatic feeding can be equipped with assembly lines and mechanical arm transfers to achieve automated feeding, with reserved windows for automated connection to meet the automation planning of various factories.

Features of automatic bracket arrangement and bracket dehumidification integrated tunnel furnace:

（1）Separate the bracket from the paper

（2）Arrange the brackets onto the material box

（3）Send the material box to the tunnel furnace

（4）Automatically enter baking mode

2. A very stable bracket structure greatly improves the efficiency of the bracket;

3. According to production capacity requirements, the number of support structures and the size of the tunnel furnace can be flexibly configured to meet production capacity requirements;

4. Connect the bracket with the baking system and eliminate unnecessary intermediate links, saving manpower and time.

Baking process in SMD manufacturing

1. Baking process occurs multiple times in SMD process, and the conditions and requirements for baking are different at each stage. Baking process is a key quality point in LED packaging technology.

2. Baking connects various processes, including dehumidification and solidification of LED brackets in the front-end process, sealing in the back-end process, and dehumidification of finished products in the back-end weaving process, all of which require baking equipment.

3. Due to the lack of automation genes in traditional box baking equipment, it is impossible to upgrade and transform the existing equipment. The baking process in LED packaging is currently the main shortcoming and obstacle in the overall automation upgrade.
