(1) The automatic support rack has a high speed of 3 seconds per rack, and the loading time of each material box is controlled between 30-45 seconds;
(2) Customizable according to production capacity, with 5-10 independent tracks designed concurrently to meet various production needs;
(3) Chain plate transportation, adaptable to various box sizes, can be flexibly adjusted;
(4) The baking temperature and duration can be adjusted according to the process;
(5) High thermal efficiency, good temperature uniformity, and can meet the requirement of 125 ± 5 ℃;
(6) It can be manually loaded or automatically loaded. Automatic feeding can be equipped with assembly lines and mechanical arm transfers to achieve automated feeding, with reserved windows for automated connection to meet the automation planning of various factories.
