The LECROY LabMaster 10Zi-A oscilloscope from the United States has super high bandwidth performance.
Up to 65GHz bandwidth;
Up to 80 channels operate at a bandwidth of 36GHz;
3 with a sampling rate of up to 160GS/s;
Up to 1024 Mpts/Ch storage depth;
5 50fsrmb sampling clock;
There is a jitter of 130fsrms between 6 channels.
The LECROY LabMaster 10Zi modular oscilloscope system from the United States redefines oscilloscope performance:
Multiple channels working simultaneously at the highest bandwidth;
240 channels working simultaneously at 65, 60, or 50 GHz;
380 channels working simultaneously at 36, 30, or 25 GHz;
The bandwidth and number of channels can be flexibly upgraded:
1. It can accurately synchronize multiple acquisition modules (with a jitter of 130fsrms between channels);
2 server level CPUs (effective clock 33.6 GHz, up to 192GB of memory);
3 super high stable clocks (50fsrmb);
4.9 ps (20-80%) rise time;
5 14.1 Gb/s hardware serial trigger.
The LECROY LabMaster 10Zi from the United States uses a new generation 8HP SiGe process chipset to produce the world's highest bandwidth oscilloscope under channel synchronization architecture. Four channels can work simultaneously at 36GHz. When using DBI patented technology, the bandwidth can be almost doubled to 65GHz, and the sampling rate is 160GS/s, with extraordinary performance.
The LECROY LabMaster series oscilloscopes from the United States have fundamental advantages - modularity, upgradability, and great flexibility, which can achieve all the functional operations of traditional oscilloscopes. The LabMaster 10Zi oscilloscope can be configured with multiple bandwidths up to 65GHz, overcoming technical and testing barriers.
The channel synchronization architecture of Lico ensures precise synchronization between acquisition modules, and this architecture also ensures precise synchronization between multiple channels through a 10GHz substance and trigger circuit. There is no need to use an external clock in this system, so triggering jitter caused by multiple triggering circuits will not occur. The jitter between channels is as low as 130fsrms. The synchronization characteristics are the same as a traditional oscilloscope, and the collected waveforms and analysis results will be displayed on the oscilloscope screen simultaneously.
LabMaster 10Zi can effectively support the currently developing 10-12Gb/s signal technologies, such as 40/100 GBASE-R Ethernet and 12G SAS, providing 80GS/s sampling rate and 36GHz bandwidth for testing through 4 (or even more) channels. Ultra high speed technologies such as CEI-25/28, CEI-56, and coherent optical modulation communication systems (DP-QPSK, 16-QAM, MIMO, Few Mode Fiber) can be tested with the industry's highest 65GHz bandwidth and multiple channels. The SDAIII-CompleteLinQ serial data and crosstalk analysis software package produced by Lico can achieve more testing capabilities to support synchronous multi-channel eye diagram, jitter, vertical noise, and crosstalk analysis.
Equipped with the new PAM4 signal analysis software, it is capable of measuring all three eye diagrams, jitter, and noise of PAM4 signals, which is necessary for engineers designing the next generation of electrical and optical links to seek rate doubling by utilizing PAM4 signals.
