The LDW-300 microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine adopts a frame structure with an integral steel plate welded frame, a single output rod double acting piston cylinder to apply test force, a cylindrical pin to insert the sample, and a load sensor to measure force. The tensile space can be adjusted step by step according to the sample specifications and length. The computer screen controls and displays the test force and test curve, and automatically processes the test data according to the requirements of the test method. This machine is a specialized equipment for product by step tensile testing of lifting belts, chains, and ropes. It is used for testing the tensile load and failure of lifting belt products one by one. It has the advantages of flexible and convenient operation, slow and stable loading, and strong bearing capacity of the machine body.

The main body is mainly composed of the main frame, oil cylinder seat, oil cylinder, moving crossbeam, front and rear clamp seats, and load sensors. It can perform a maximum load of 300kN tensile test on the sample.
The host frame adopts a steel frame structure, with a front end equipped with oil cylinder seats and oil cylinders, and a rear end fixed by a sealing plate, forming a closed frame. The load sensor is installed on the moving crossbeam and connected to the piston rod through a ball joint mechanism. The moving crossbeam is connected to the front clamp seat through a pull rod. When the piston is working, it pushes the moving crossbeam forward to drive the front clamp seat to move. The rear clamp seat is electrically moved on the main frame through a guide wheel, and a series of pin holes spaced 500mm apart are arranged on the main frame. After the rear clamp seat moves to the appropriate position, it is manually fixed with pins. After placing the sample in the chuck seat and hydraulic clamping, the tensile test can be carried out. The experimental area is equipped with protective covers, which can effectively protect the safety of the testing personnel.
