| Purpose: |
The LCT series RF admittance level transmitter is currently one of the most advanced level measurement instruments internationally. It adopts admittance measurement method to comprehensively process impedance and capacitance information, overcoming measurement errors caused by hanging materials on sensing elements, and improving measurement accuracy and reliability. It can be widely used for level (interface) measurement in industries such as petroleum, metallurgy, chemical, power, medicine, food, paper, etc.
| Structural principle: |
A transmitter is composed of sensors, electronic circuits, and a casing. The electronic circuit applies the bridge principle, with an internal oscillator providing a stable RF measurement signal source, which is added to a bridge circuit to measure the impedance changes of the measured medium. When the level of the container changes, the bridge outputs a voltage signal proportional to the level. After being processed by a demodulator and amplifier, it is converted into a 4-20mADC current signal that changes linearly with the level and transmitted to the control room to achieve automatic control of the process flow.
