The dusty air enters the ash hoppers of each compartment through the inlet duct of the long bag low-pressure pulse bag filter and is guided by the ash hopper guide device. Large particles of dust are separated and directly fall into the ash hopper, while finer dust is adsorbed on the outer surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag and is discharged into the atmosphere through various offline valves and exhaust pipes. As the filtration process progresses, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag. When the equipment resistance reaches the limited resistance value, the cleaning control device automatically closes the offline valve of one room according to the differential pressure setting value or cleaning time setting value. Then, the electronic pulse valve is opened according to the set program to stop air blowing, causing a sudden increase in pressure inside the filter bag. The dust on the filter bag is shaken off into the ash hopper and discharged by the ash discharge mechanism.
