1、 ProductIntroduction:

The LAW series horizontal tensile testing machine adopts a welded frame structure of integral steel plates, with a single rod double acting piston cylinder applying test force, a cylindrical pin inserted into the sample, a load sensor measuring force, and adjustable tensile force. According to the sample specifications, length and space, the computer screen controls and displays the test force and test curve, and automatically processes the test data according to the requirements of the testing method. This machine produces products for lifting belts, chains, and ropes. The specialized equipment used for one-on-one tensile testing of products requires flexible and convenient operation, slow and stable loading, and strong vehicle load-bearing capacity for one-to-one tensile load, failure, and other testing.

Host systemThe main parts of the LAW series horizontal tensile testing machine are mainly composed of the oil cylinder seat, oil cylinder piston, moving beam, fixed beam, and load sensor. The cylinder seat, steel plate welded frame, moving beam, and fixed beam form the load-bearing frame. Both the moving beam and the fixed beam are equipped with tensioning clamps to clamp the two ends of the sample. The single acting double acting low MOCA piston cylinder is located in the hydraulic oil. Apply testing force to the specimen under the action of the active beam. Use bolt connections between the fixed beam and the force frame to manually adjust the testing space. The entire framework adopts a steel plate welded frame structure, and the main structure of the system consists of front and rear chuck seats, oil cylinders, and front crossbeams.
