 Product Features:
  (1) Energy saving
The air suspension centrifugal blower uses air bearings, direct connection technology, impellers, high-speed motors, and no additional friction. Removed the gearbox and lubrication system, with no mechanical contact. The fan automatically adjusts the power consumption of the motor based on the output air volume (adjustable range 40-100%) to maintain the operation rate of the equipment. By using a DC motor and speed control system, the variable speed is adjusted to maintain high efficiency within the range of the fan's working flow rate.
  (2) No vibration, low noise
Using air bearings and direct connection technology, there is no vibration generated, and the fan does not need to be equipped with sound insulation devices; The equipment is lightweight, does not require special foundations, and has simple and flexible installation and layout.
  (3) No lubricating oil
The fan adopts air bearing technology, and the system does not require a lubricating oil system, providing clean air to special industries such as electronics, medicine, and food. The operating temperature of the air bearing reaches 600 degrees, and all the drawbacks of the oil bearing system have been successfully resolved.

Without the necessary gearboxes and oil bearings for traditional fans, we use a series of high-tech impellers and motors that do not use couplings, are directly connected, have intelligent control systems, and use aluminum materials for key components. These technologies ensure that the equipment is maintenance free, reduce maintenance costs for users, and improve the stability of the gas supply system operation.
  (5) Convenient operation control
The fan speed, pressure, temperature, flow rate, etc. can be self checked and operated at constant pressure on a personal computer, with load/no-load operation, overload control, and unmanned operation through anti surge control. The fan adjusts the flow rate by adjusting the speed of the impeller. Adjusting the speed can easily regulate the flow rate based on the temperature and pressure changes of the inhaled air. It can automatically and manually adjust the flow rate.
The fan room does not need to be equipped with a separate local control cabinet or soft start cabinet. The fan itself integrates a local control system; The main control panel set up in the fan room can automatically and continuously adjust pressure, flow rate, control opening, problem alarm, etc. through a computer, achieving single or multiple simultaneous linkage automatic control operations. It can also be controlled from a remote central control room.
After simple training, the relevant technical personnel can automatically put the fan into operation and achieve unmanned operation according to the program settings in the operation manual.
  (6) Small installation space for equipment
