1Krupp fluid air-cooled high-temperature freeze dryer

Working principle: The amount of water vapor in compressed air is determined by the water content of the compressed air. While maintaining the basic pressure of the compressed air, reducing the temperature of the compressed air can reduce the water vapor content in the compressed air, and excess water vapor will condense into liquid. The refrigerated dryer is based on the corresponding relationship between the saturated steam pressure and temperature of water: using a refrigeration device to cool the compressed air to a certain dew point temperature, the contained water is precipitated, and the water is discharged through a gas water separator and an electric drain, thereby drying the compressed air. The cooling and heat dissipation device of the air-cooled high-temperature freeze dryer is an air-cooled condenser.

2Krupp Fluid Water Cooled High Temperature Freeze Drying Machine

3Krupp fluid micro thermal regeneration adsorption air dryer

The Krupp fluid micro heat regeneration adsorption air dryer is a device that dries compressed air based on the principle of pressure swing. Under pressure, it adsorbs moisture from the compressed air to dry it. During pressure reduction, a portion of the dry compressed air is used to blow the adsorbent, allowing it to regenerate. The two towers alternate and are recycled to obtain dry compressed air. Different adsorbents are selected according to the pressure dew point of the compressed air, and commonly used adsorbents include activated alumina and molecular sieves;

Characteristics: The regenerated gas is used for blowing and regenerating the adsorption tower bed after micro heating to increase the temperature, which has good regeneration effect, saves regeneration gas consumption, and prolongs the adsorption working time. Environmentally friendly, efficient, and energy-saving.

The T-level main pipeline filter filters out solid and liquid particles of 1 micron and larger; Residual oil content: 0.5ppm (at 21 ℃); Initial pressure drop: 0.007MPa Saturated water vapor pressure drop: 0.014MPA A C-class filter should be installed before this stage

Installation location: upstream of the micro oil mist filter; Downstream of adsorption dryer; If an aftercooler/separator is installed upstream, it will be used for the working point;

A-level high-efficiency oil removal filter can filter out 99.99% of oil mist with solid and liquid particles of 0.01 microns and larger; Residual oil content: 0.01PPM (at 21 ℃); Initial pressure drop: 0.01MPA Saturated water vapor pressure drop: 0.02MPA A T-stage filter should be installed before this stage

Installation location: upstream of the adsorption dryer; Downstream of refrigerated dryer; Used for work points;

AA grade ultra efficient oil removal filter can filter out 99.999%+of solid and liquid particles with a size of 0.01 microns or larger in oil mist; Residual oil content: 0.001PPM (at 21 ℃); Initial pressure drop: 0.015MPA; Saturated water vapor pressure drop: 0.04MPA

An A-level filter should be installed before this level

Installation location: upstream of the adsorption dryer; If there is a large amount of liquid load, a T-class filter should be used as a pre filter; Downstream of refrigerated dryer;

H-grade activated carbon filter can filter out residual oil vapor and other odors in compressed air; Residual oil content: 0.003PPM (at 21 ℃); Initial pressure drop: 0.01MPA. AA grade filters should be installed before this level;

Installation location: downstream of the ultra-high efficiency micro oil mist filter;

5gas storage tank

The function is to store and buffer air, avoid frequent loading and unloading of air compressors, and remove most of the liquid water. It is mainly used in conjunction with air compressors, refrigerated dryers, filters, and other equipment to form a power source for industrial production - compressed air stations
