K-5915W/B (flame retardant silicone) is a single component adhesive, white/black paste, with excellent insulation and bonding properties. Moisture proof, earthquake resistant, corona resistant, and leakage resistant. The adhesive material has good adhesion to metals and most plastics, and after curing, it has excellent resistance to cold and hot alternation (-50~250 ℃). This flame-retardant silicone is particularly suitable for bonding and sealing small electronic components and circuit boards. Compared with general adhesives, it has excellent adhesion, moisture resistance, and flame retardant properties to substrates. The flame retardant performance reaches UL 94 V-0 level, UL certificate number: E335921.
